## Capacity Planning, Dispatch Connectors, and Online Booking Upgrades

See the week’s load before it overflows, connect dispatch to the systems you already run, and let clients book themselves on a rebuilt widget.  </button>This release covers both sides of the operation. On the dispatch side, the [AI Dispatcher](https://fieldcamp.ai/ai-dispatcher/) gains a capacity-planning view, external connectors, and enhancements to the Live Dispatch board, plus configurable rounding on AI-suggested times and a faster scheduling solver. On the customer side, [online booking](https://fieldcamp.ai/online-booking/) ships a rebuilt widget and a standalone public booking page, and the [AI Receptionist](https://fieldcamp.ai/ai-receptionist/) gets a redesigned chat panel.

New- **Capacity planning view.** See committed load against available technician capacity across the week, so you can spot the days that will overflow before they do and rebalance ahead of time instead of firefighting the morning of.
- **Dispatch connectors.** Connect the AI Dispatcher to the external systems your operation already runs on, so jobs, availability, and dispatch decisions stay in sync without manual re-entry.
- **Rebuilt online booking widget.** The embeddable booking widget has been rebuilt for a faster, cleaner client-facing flow, so more inbound requests convert into scheduled jobs without a coordinator in the loop.
- **Public booking page.** A standalone, shareable booking page for clients who arrive from a link, email, or profile rather than your website — self-service scheduling with no embed required.
- **Redesigned AI Receptionist panel.** The [AI Receptionist](https://docs.fieldcamp.ai/ai-agents/voice-agents) chat panel has been rebuilt with new functionality and full styling and theming controls, so the conversation surface matches your brand.

Improvements- **Rounded AI-suggested times.** AI-suggested appointment times can now round to the nearest 15 or 30 minutes, controlled by a per-workspace toggle, so suggested windows land on the clean slots your team and clients actually book against.
- **Faster dispatch solver.** The scheduling solver now date-scopes its working plan, so solve time no longer grows with the size of the schedule — large, busy days plan as quickly as light ones.
- **Live Dispatch board enhancements.** The Live Dispatch board picks up the latest dispatch upgrades so the real-time picture of the field stays accurate as the day unfolds.
- **Custom Objects across lists.** Create, edit, and delete now reflect consistently across every Custom Object list, and you can schedule work against a record without first attaching a client — so internal and asset-based jobs no longer need a placeholder customer.
