# Procured Review 2026: Pricing, Real Limits and Honest Verdict

Procured is one of the cheapest genuine field service platforms on the market, and the pricing isn’t a trick. $145 a month covers fifteen users. Most competitors charge that for two.

It’s also a young product from a four-person, veteran-owned company, with almost no public review history and no AI features at all. Whether those are dealbreakers depends entirely on the size of your operation.

We spent time in their product pages, pricing, app listing and documentation to work out who should actually buy this. Here’s what we found.

## Procured Pricing at a Glance

| Plan | Price | Users included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $49/mo | 1 | One-person operations quoting and invoicing |
| Team | $75/mo | Up to 5 | Small crews needing dispatch and routing |
| Business | $145/mo | 15, then $9/user | Growing shops wanting the full picture |

14-day free trial with full Business access, no credit card. No contract, cancel anytime, no cancellation fees.

![Procured pricing tiers compared - Solo 49, Team 75 and Business 145 dollars per month](https://cms.fieldcamp.ai/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/procured-pricing-tiers.png)

## Overall Rating: 6.5/10

That single number hides the most important thing about Procured, so let’s split it:

- **For a 1–5 person operation: 8.5/10.** Genuinely hard to beat on value, and the offline capability is a real engineering decision, not a marketing line.
- **Past roughly 15 technicians.** The binding limits are no AI, no skills-based assignment, no public API, and a track record measured in months rather than years. Procured says plainly that this is not its segment, so we have not scored it against one.

Procured knows which of those it’s built for. The pricing page says so plainly.

One caveat on that 6.5: it is a straight unweighted average across twelve categories, and two of them, AI and extensibility, are areas Procured has deliberately chosen not to enter. If you are the buyer it is built for, the 8.5 is the number that matters.

![Procured scored out of 10 across 12 categories, overall 6.5 with 2 out of 10 for AI](https://cms.fieldcamp.ai/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/procured-scorecard.png)

## Procured Pricing: What You’ll Actually Pay

The tiers are flat and the boundaries are clear, which is more than most of this category manages. Current rates sit in the [Procured pricing section](https://procured.us/#pricing), and the [full feature list](https://procured.us/#features) is on the same page.

**Solo — $49/mo, 1 user.** Invoicing and quoting, customisable quote templates, Stripe payments, client request forms, scheduling and calendar, job management, lead capture forms, a client portal for work requests, and full business reports.

**Team — $75/mo, up to 5 users.** Everything in Solo plus dispatching with live tracking, maps and route optimisation, and team chat. Note this is where dispatch appears — a solo plan won’t dispatch.

**Business — $145/mo, 15 users included.** Everything in Team plus priority support with a 12-hour response commitment and priority on custom feature requests. Beyond 15 users it’s $9/user/month, or $90/year annually.

Solo and Team are flat-priced regardless of how many seats you actually use inside the limit — so a three-person shop pays the same $75 as a five-person one.

## The Costs Nobody Mentions

**Payment processing will cost more than the software.** Stripe fees are 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction and 0.8% for ACH. Procured adds no markup of its own, which is genuinely fair — but do the arithmetic. A shop running $30,000 a month in card payments pays roughly $900 in processing against $145 in software. Pushing customers to ACH drops that to about $240.

Procured also supports payment outside Stripe — cash, cheque, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal — so the fee is avoidable if your customers will play along.

**Annual billing is discounted, but the rates aren’t published.** Procured confirms discounted annual billing is available on every plan. The site publishes monthly tier prices only, plus $90/year versus $9/month for additional Business users, so ask for the annual figures before you commit.

**The 15-user cliff is soft, which is good.** Going from 15 to 20 users costs $45/month, not a jump to a new tier. That’s a friendlier curve than most.

![Stripe card processing costs six times the Procured subscription on 30k monthly volume](https://cms.fieldcamp.ai/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/procured-processing-fees.png)

## Real-World Cost by Team Size

| Team size | Plan | Monthly | Year 1 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Solo | $49 | $588 |
| 3 | Team | $75 | $900 |
| 5 | Team | $75 | $900 |
| 10 | Business | $145 | $1,740 |
| 15 | Business | $145 | $1,740 |
| 20 | Business + 5 | $190 | $2,280 |
| 25 | Business + 10 | $235 | $2,820 |

A ten-person shop paying $1,740 a year for field service software is genuinely unusual pricing.

![Procured monthly and annual cost by team size from 1 to 25 users](https://cms.fieldcamp.ai/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/procured-cost-by-team-size.png)

## Is Procured Worth the Price?

On price alone, it’s the strongest value in the category for small teams. The honest question isn’t whether $49 or $145 is good value — it obviously is. It’s whether the things Procured doesn’t do are things you need.

If your day is quoting, scheduling, invoicing and getting paid, you will struggle to spend your money better. If your day is answering a phone that rings while you’re under a sink, and rebuilding a schedule that fell apart at 10am, you’re buying the wrong category of tool.

## The Good and the Bad: Procured Pros and Cons

**What works**

- Pricing that is genuinely category-leading for small teams — 15 users for $145
- Real offline capability, not a sync queue with marketing around it
- Production-based quoting from unit rates, which gets an accurate number out fast
- No payment markup on top of Stripe, and multiple off-Stripe payment routes
- The “Core Four” – Request, Quote, Job, Invoice – with Flows letting it start where your business actually starts — a lead, a work order, or straight at an invoice
- Quote revisions cascade through jobs and invoices with revisions tracked
- Flat pricing inside each tier, so you don’t get punished for adding a seat
- US-based support you can phone, with training sessions included
- No contract and a 14-day trial on the top tier

**What doesn’t**

- No AI of any kind — no phone answering, no automated dispatch, no agents
- Dispatch is drag-and-drop with auto-placement, not assignment against skills, certifications, capacity or SLA
- Almost no public review footprint to verify claims against
- Young product — the iOS app first shipped in September 2025
- Four-person team, which is a real consideration for a system of record
- Not built for multi-branch or franchise operations. Procured puts its own sweet spot at 1 to 15 users
- No public API or webhooks mentioned anywhere
- No live accounting integration. Procured confirms QuickBooks is on the near-term roadmap rather than shipping today
- 57 industry pages share a common template, so a page for your trade doesn’t necessarily mean deep functionality for it

## How We Reviewed Procured

We assessed Procured against its live product pages, published pricing, help documentation, App Store listing and public review presence in August 2026. We did not run a paid deployment.

Where we could not verify something, we’ve said so rather than guessed. We asked Procured directly to confirm the feature set and to correct anything we’d recorded wrongly before publishing. Scores reflect what the product demonstrably does, weighted for the buyer it’s built for.

## Procured Features: What Works and What Doesn’t

### 1. Quoting and Invoicing — 9/10

The core of the product and clearly where the most thought went. One-click PDF quotes with line items, deposits and digital signatures, sent by email or text. Customisable templates. Procured also builds quotes from unit rates, so a job can be priced accurately in the field in minutes rather than reconstructed at a desk that night. For landscaping there is measure-to-quote, where you measure a lawn and pull the square footage or yardage straight into the quote. Quote changes flow through to jobs and invoices automatically, and revisions are tracked, which is the part most cheap tools get wrong.

### 2. Offline and Performance — 9/10

The standout, and Procured states it plainly: quotes, invoices and job notes all work with no signal and sync when you reconnect, with the app running locally rather than waiting on servers. For anyone working basements, crawlspaces, rural routes or new-build sites, this alone may decide it. Very few competitors in any price bracket offer this, and most that claim it mean a partial sync queue.

### 3. Payments — 8.5/10

Payments are powered by Stripe, with card and ACH, and no Procured markup on top of Stripe’s fees. Crucially they also support getting paid outside Stripe — cash, cheque, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal — which quietly saves real money for shops whose customers don’t need a card link.

### 4. Scheduling and Dispatch — 7/10

Drag-and-drop across the whole team with auto-placement that “finds the best fit in seconds”, plus dispatch with live tracking and route optimisation from the Team plan up. Procured confirms the schedule maps actual drive times between jobs as the day is built, so the plan reflects the road rather than a tidy list of time slots. Solid, conventional, works. What it isn’t: assignment logic. There’s no sign of skills matching, certification requirements, capacity limits, time windows or SLA handling, so the judgement about who should take a job stays with you.

### 5. Mobile App — 7/10

Real apps on both platforms, and the feature list is sensible: jobs, daily schedule, before/after photos, expense tracking, per-job time tracking, a general timer, invoice viewing and sending, and an “on the way” customer nudge. The caveat is evidence — one App Store rating means nobody can tell you how it holds up in daily use.

### 6. Lead Capture and Client Portal — 7/10

Lead capture forms on your website and a client portal where customers submit work requests, both included from the $49 plan. Generous at that price.

### 7. Reporting and Financials — 6.5/10

Full business reports and metrics from Solo, with financial reporting and P&L for established businesses. Reasonable on paper. Accounting is the weak point: the site says it syncs with your accounting software, but Procured confirms QuickBooks is on the near-term roadmap rather than live today, so there is no named accounting integration to rely on yet.

### 8. Inventory and Materials — 6/10

Inventory and material tracking is listed for established businesses. Procured confirms there is no deep inventory or heavy back-office tooling, so treat this as basic material tracking rather than inventory management.

### 9. Integrations and Extensibility — 4/10

Stripe is the only live named integration, and Procured confirms QuickBooks is on the near-term roadmap rather than available today. No public API, no webhooks, no integration directory. If you need Procured to talk to anything else, ask before you buy.

### 10. AI and Automation — 2/10

There isn’t any. No AI receptionist, no automated dispatch, no voice, no agents, no automated review requests. This appears to be a deliberate choice rather than an oversight — their pitch is explicitly “no bloat, no features nobody asked for.” Whether that’s discipline or a gap depends on whether your phone is going unanswered.

### 11. Support — 8/10

US-based humans reachable by text, email or phone, help docs and video tutorials, and training sessions where they walk you through it. Business adds a 12-hour response commitment. For a small vendor this is the right thing to compete on, and they clearly know it.

### 12. Maturity and Track Record — 4.5/10

The lowest score and the fairest criticism. The iOS app first shipped in September 2025, the current version landed in July 2026, and there’s no meaningful public review base. None of that means the software is bad. It means you can’t check.

## What Real Users Say About Procured

This is the shortest section in this review, and that’s the finding.

**What’s verifiable:** Procured has one App Store rating, at five stars. We could not find a G2 profile, a Capterra listing, or any substantive independent review coverage.

**On their own site**, three named customers:

- **Greydil T., CEO, GeoFlow Sprinklers and Irrigation** — “Between the powerful features and an incredible support team that truly cares, it’s become one of the best investments I’ve made.”
- **Joey P., Owner, Porchetta Land & Site** — “Procured has turned scheduling 30-40 field employees into an easy task. Having an app where our foremen can go on and schedule future work changed how we operate, instead of fumbling around with multiple spreadsheets.”
- **Max W., Owner, MW Decks** — “It’s a more useful/user friendly version of QuickBooks. It doesn’t have all the over cluttered excessive tabs that other similar platforms have.”

Those are vendor-published, so weight them accordingly — and the Porchetta comment is worth noting, because scheduling 30 to 40 field employees sits above the 1 to 15 user range Procured markets to, which suggests the product stretches further than its own positioning claims.

**What this means for you:** with a young product and no independent review base, the 14-day trial isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s the whole due diligence process. Use all of it, on real jobs, with your actual crew.

## Is Procured Right for Your Industry?

Procured publishes 57 industry pages, from HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing through to dog walking, dock door, telecom and well services. That’s broader nominal coverage than most competitors advertise.

Read those pages with a clear head, though. They follow a shared template with the same underlying feature set, so a page existing for your trade signals that Procured will sell to you, not that the product has been specialised for you. The functional question is the same regardless of trade: is your work quote-schedule-invoice shaped, or does it need assets, agreements, compliance records and multi-site structure?

**Good fits:** decking, irrigation, cleaning, handyman, pressure washing, landscaping, junk removal, auto detailing — trades where the job is the unit of work and the paperwork is the pain.

**Harder fits:** commercial HVAC, fire protection, elevator, property management — anywhere the operation lives in asset registers, recurring agreements and compliance gates rather than in individual jobs.

## Our Honest Verdict

Procured is a well-built, honestly-priced tool that knows exactly what it is. The team says out loud that they don’t want bloat, and the product reflects that. The offline capability is a genuine engineering commitment that most of this category has quietly given up on, and the pricing is not a loss-leader trick — it’s fifteen users for $145.

The limits are equally clear. There’s no AI, dispatch doesn’t make decisions for you, nothing is extensible, and the product is young enough that you’re taking their word for most of it. For a solo operator or a five-person crew, that trade is easy and probably correct. For a twenty-technician operation with a full-time dispatcher and a phone that never stops, it isn’t close.

## Quick Decision Matrix

| Your situation | The call |
|---|---|
| One-person shop, mostly quoting and invoicing | Procured Solo. $49 is the right answer |
| 2–5 crew, need dispatch and routing | Procured Team. Strong value at $75 |
| 6–15 crew, want the full picture cheaply | Procured Business. $145 for 15 users is hard to argue with |
| You work where there’s no signal | Procured. Genuinely the differentiator |
| Your phone goes unanswered and you lose jobs | Not Procured. There’s no phone answering here |
| Dispatch is one person’s full-time bottleneck | Not Procured. You need assignment logic, not a nicer calendar |
| You need an API, webhooks, or to build on top | Not Procured |
| 20+ techs with skills, certifications, SLAs | Not Procured |

## Procured vs FieldCamp: Which One Fits

We build [FieldCamp](https://fieldcamp.ai/), so treat this section with appropriate suspicion — and then check it, because the split is genuinely clean.

| | Procured | FieldCamp |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $49/mo | Custom pricing |
| 15 users | $145/mo | Custom pricing |
| Offline working | Yes | No — cloud-based |
| AI phone answering | No | Yes |
| Assignment logic | Drag-and-drop, auto-placement, drive-time mapping | Skills, capacity, zones, time windows, SLA, drive time |
| Public API / webhooks | Not published | Yes |
| Named integrations | Stripe | Gmail, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Stripe |

**Pick Procured if** you’re one to five people, you want quote-to-paid done cleanly for under $100 a month, and you work in places where signal drops. On all three of those, it beats us — the offline point especially, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.

**Pick FieldCamp if** the expensive problem isn’t paperwork but the phone ringing out after hours and the schedule collapsing mid-morning. [AI Receptionist](https://fieldcamp.ai/ai-receptionist/) answers, quotes from your price book and books the job; [AI Dispatcher](https://fieldcamp.ai/ai-dispatcher/) assigns against skills, capacity, zones and drive time and repairs the day when it slips. That’s a different product at a different price, for a business where an unanswered call costs more than the software.

Roughly: under five people, Procured is likely the better buy. Somewhere past five technicians with real call volume, the maths flips.

![Procured versus FieldCamp on price, offline, AI phone answering and assignment logic](https://cms.fieldcamp.ai/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/procured-vs-fieldcamp.png)

## The Bottom Line

**Our rating: 6.5/10** — and 8.5/10 for the small operators it’s actually built for.

Procured is a good, cheap, honest product with a real offline advantage and a short track record. If you’re small, take the 14-day trial and run it on live jobs; there’s a strong chance you’ll stop looking. If you’re past ten technicians and your bottleneck is decisions rather than paperwork, this isn’t the tool, and their pricing page more or less tells you that.

See [Procured](https://procured.us/) for current pricing and to start a trial.

Most field service software records the day. This one runs it.

Answering, quoting, assigning and re-routing happen inside the same system the technicians work in.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**How much does Procured cost?**

$49/month for one user, $75/month for up to five, and $145/month for fifteen, then $9 per additional user. There’s a 14-day free trial with full Business access and no credit card required.

**Does Procured work offline?**

Yes. Procured states that quotes, invoices and job notes all work without a signal and sync when you reconnect, with the app running locally rather than waiting on servers. It’s one of the few field service tools making this claim seriously.

**Does Procured have AI features?**

No. There’s no AI receptionist, automated dispatch, voice AI or agents. It appears to be a deliberate product decision rather than a gap they’re hiding.

**Is Procured good for large teams?**

Up to about fifteen users it’s excellent value. Past that, the limits are less about seats than capability — no skills-based assignment, no API, and no AI — so larger operations with dispatchers and SLA commitments will outgrow it.

**What does Procured charge for payments?**

Nothing of its own. Stripe’s standard fees apply — 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction, 0.8% for ACH — and Procured adds no markup. Cash, cheque, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal are also supported.

**Does Procured integrate with QuickBooks?**

Not yet. Procured confirms QuickBooks is on its near-term roadmap rather than live today, so if accounting sync is a requirement, confirm the timeline before you buy.

**Is Procured contract-free?**

Yes. No long-term contract, cancel any time, no cancellation fees.

**Who owns Procured?**

It’s a veteran-owned American company founded by Joe Kaye (CEO) and Luke Nelson (CTO), with a four-person team.

**What are the best Procured alternatives?**

For small teams wanting similar simplicity, look at [Jobber](https://fieldcamp.ai/reviews/jobber/) or [Housecall Pro](https://fieldcamp.ai/reviews/housecall-pro/). If your bottleneck is phone coverage and dispatch decisions rather than paperwork, [FieldCamp](https://fieldcamp.ai/pricing/) is the closer comparison.
