Step-by-Step: Creating an Invoice After Job Completion

  1. Navigate to Clients:
    From your FieldCamp dashboard, click on the “Clients” section in the left sidebar. This will show you a list of all your customers.
  2. Select the Customer:
    Find and click on the client for whom you need to create the invoice (for example, “Richa”).
  3. Find the Estimate:
    Within the client profile, locate and click on the “Estimate” option. Here, you’ll see previously created job estimates.
  4. Generate Invoice in One Click:
    Click “More Actions,” then select “Generate Invoice.” FieldCamp will convert the estimate into a ready-to-send invoice.
  5. Save and Send:
    Review the invoice, hit “Save,” and send it directly to your client—all within the app.
