It ensures that technicians follow the same process every time—like verifying safety steps, cleaning procedures, or equipment checks. In FieldCamp, checklists are built into job forms to keep teams on track, consistent, and accountable.
First, navigate to your Settings. Then, within the Settings menu, click on Add Ons. Next, select Job Forms. Finally, click the Create Form button. You can now use the form builder to add different field types, customize the layout, and set automatic attachment options.
FieldCamp supports multiple field types such as text, select (Dropdown), and multi-select. date & time, phone, email, number, checkbox, and radio button.
You can preview or edit published job forms by accessing the form builder interface in the “Job Forms” section of settings.
