How do pass/fail inspections work?

The technician taps the result for each item, and any failures are recorded against the job. Matrix cells can be radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, or star ratings, so you can also score condition or satisfaction. There's no rigid pass/fail widget — you decide the rows and columns.
